How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can easily cancel your Same subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Here’s how:

  1. Go to same.new/settings
  2. Click on Manage Subscription
  3. You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal
  4. Click on Cancel Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan with its associated token limits. You may still be charged for tokens used after the subscription ends if it passes the subscription’s token limit.

After Cancellation

  • Your account will automatically switch to the Free plan when your subscription ends
  • You’ll retain access to your projects and can continue using Same with Free plan limits
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to premium features
