How to Downgrade Your Subscription
You can downgrade your subscription through the settings page:
- Go to same.new/settings
- Click “Upgrade Plan”
- Select a lower-tier plan from the pricing modal
- Confirm your downgrade selection
When Changes Take Effect
- Your billing cycle will reset and you’ll be billed the amount for the new plan
- Your new token limits may take a few minutes to update
- You’ll be billed at the lower rate for the new plan moving forward
If you exceed the token limits of your new plan after downgrading, you’ll be prompted to upgrade or your usage may be restricted.
Downgrading to Free Plan
To switch to the Free plan, you need to cancel your current subscription.

The Free plan includes 500,000 agent tokens per month. Make sure this will be sufficient for your usage before downgrading.
